Deep River Horse Lovers – Good News

Deep River Horse Riders, grab your saddles!

Because a brand new Deep River horse barn is coming to town soon!  Foggy Meadow Farm is building a new barn and preparing rings to open up their new horse stable business.  FMF will offer services for horseback riding lessons, horse training, horse boarding, and horse sales.

Deep River, CT is located in the center of the horse-loving and beautiful Connecticut River Valley Region.   And now Deep River horse owners will have a new option for boarding, where they’ll receive customized care at affordable prices.

Interested in learning to ride?  Young children from across the Connecticut river valley and especially Deep River horse riders will soon have a new option in horse riding programs. Horse riding provides children with physical activity, social interactions, and opportunities to care for an animal. Check out this great study on the benefits of horseback riding here.

Are you a former rider who misses being in the saddle?  You’re never too old to to take riding lessons, and you’ll love to ride as an adult for all the same reasons you loved to ride as a child.  Come visit and remember what it was like to put on your boots and hat and grab the reins again.

Would you like to become a Deep River horse owner?  Foggy Meadow Farm can help you procure a horse, including walking you through the entire process from search, to assessments, and vet checks, to purchase negotiations. Hillary Rheinheimer, owner of Foggy Meadow Farm, has a unique gift in understanding each riders needs and riding style and finding and matching them with the perfect horse.

Foggy Meadow Farm looks forward to serving clients from surrounding towns of Chester, Essex, Westbrook, Clinton, Madison, Old Saybrook, Haddam, Killingworth, Old Lyme, and anybody else you would like to join us!

Stay tuned for more exciting announcements as we get ready to open a new Deep River Horse stable!
